The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with lush greenery and lovely views over the sea. The rooms were made up daily with fresh towels and sheets, but the room quality was below expectations for a 4-star hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience, yet there were some disappointments in the dining service. The location required transportation for outside visits but offered a peaceful retreat. Overall, a good holiday destination with room for improvement.
Upon arrival, our room was a complete disappointment – hideous, drab, and filled with bugs and rubbish. We immediately requested a change as it did not match the advertised pictures. The alternative room, although a bit dated, was cleaned daily and met our needs. The hotel's location is isolated with a 20-25 minute drive to Fethiye, but there's plenty to do around. The service was fantastic, especially from the garden staff and pool attendants. The dining options offered a variety, and we found plenty to eat. Overall, the hotel served its purpose but fell short of expectations in some aspects.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with very powerful air conditioning, but they can get quite busy. The location requires taking a bus to reach nearby attractions, although the surroundings are clean and lovely. Dining is satisfying with ample food choices, and the facilities are well-kept.
I stayed at this hotel, which is in a great location with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are basic but sufficient for a good night's rest and getting ready. The service provided by the staff was very helpful and pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the area, and the dining options are varied and satisfying.
